We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order if we suspect fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We arrange for the delivery of our tech gadgets to addresses strictly within Australia.

Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Auztrio is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, weather conditions, or customs processing.
Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon our delivery of the item to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns and Warranties

Your purchase is subject to our 30-Day Return & Refund Policy.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept our Return Policy parameters, including the requirement that non-defective items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
